Service

PlaceRankFlow provides tools for managing approved Google Business Profile activity, review replies, citations and performance reporting.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create fake or incentivized reviews, gate review requests, misrepresent a business, spam users or violate Google policies or applicable law.

Automations

You remain responsible for content you approve. Automated actions require explicit consent and can be disabled at any time.

Third-party modules

Geo-grid ranking data, when enabled, comes from an identified third-party provider and is an estimate, not official Google data.

Availability

External API approvals, quotas and outages can limit parts of the service. Core data controls remain available subject to reasonable maintenance.
